Fermented Black Garlic Introduction

Black Garlic is actually white garlic that has been aged. So black garlic sometime can be called aged black garlic. The garlic is gently heated, then stored and left to ferment for 3 weeks in a blakc garlic machine . The resulting garlic has a completely different flavour and texture to normal garlic.

Peeled Black garlic is put fresh garlic into our black garlic fermentation machine for  about 60 days, allowed to naturally fermented foods. We know that garlic itself is a very good health food, while the role of black garlic is really amazing.
